How can FHR offer such an aggressive compensation plan? Easy. By all the agents being on the same page and the office providing all the necessary items that agents actually use (the latest technology, conference rooms, computer access, faxes, copiers, scanners, printers, wireless networks, support, and training) without wasting space or money on the other "stuff" (useless square footage, needless salaries, antiquated systems), then everyone makes more money. With so many agents now and your current growth rate, how can I expect to get timely broker support? We know that when you need a broker question answered, you need it answered now, not three days from now. We guarantee a half day response period to your broker question. As we grow, our model allows for more experienced agents to be available to answer questions in a timely manner. You will always have access to answers promptly. How are Realtor teams treated at Future Home Realty? Teams that operate 100% of the time as a true team are treated by Future Home Realty as one entity. In other words, they pay only one monthly fee, and are subject to only one annual contribution cap of $4,000. I am a brand new agent. Shouldn’t I go to a larger, national firm for training? We believe our training is the best anywhere and stacks up against any company's training. We focus on making our training appropriate and applicable. We train agents in the legal aspects of contracts and addenda yet also focus on the aspects of real estate that allow you to obtain and retain listing and selling prospects. In addition, our training is the most accessible in the industry so if you have the need to maintain your current occupation while getting "established" in your real estate career, you can still gain the knowledge you need from the comfort of your own home. Where’s the catch? What hidden fees are you not disclosing? Absolutely none. You will not pay anything above your monthly dues and per transaction fee. You will not see additional charges for copies, faxes, technology, training, or anything else. If we wanted to make money on those items we would have late night infomercials or own Kinko's franchises. Do you pay a referral bonus to me if I refer other agents to the company? You bet. We will pay the referring agent 10% of the amount the agent they refer contributes to the company each and every year that agent is with Future Home Realty. We teach our agents that even though our fees are the lowest anywhere, an agent can reduce that amount even further by referring quality agents to the company. Do the math. Refer enough successful agents and not only would you be working at FHR for free, but we might even be paying you to be part of our team. Won't I get lost in such a large company? Yes and No. It depends on what you want. We realize that some agents want to be left alone to conduct their business and we respect that. However, for agents who want and enjoy the feel of a team atmosphere we have several opportunities available. These consist of our training, mastermind groups, and other social events. Why am I paying more to my current company? That is one you will have to answer yourself.
